A: At Egeez, licensees are responsible for managing their own shipping, as we assume they already have shipping partners in place—this is a requirement for onboarding. You can continue using your preferred shipping partners while Egeez helps generate orders for them.
Through the Egeez portal, licensees can update tracking numbers and change order statuses efficiently. Status “Shipped” is generated automatically only once a tracking number is updated onto the portal for that particular order in order for customers to be notfied and track their package.
Additionally, licensees receive 100% of the shipping fees paid by customers as part of their payout, ensuring complete transparency and fairness in the process.
